For many years, since my early teens, I’ve been practicing the art of writing. Not always necessarily as something for others to read, but also as a daily routine to clean out my “inner office”. To get rid of worries, chatter and other “items” that are unuseful. It gives me a good grounding within the day.
Sometimes it is also to get reoccurring thoughts down on paper.
It is these reoccurring thoughts that often turn into something bigger; an idea that wants out into the world.
