Tips for Magical Hours.

Keeping with the theme of witches and magic, that was shortly mentioned in the intro to Friday’s story,  I came to think of all sorts of things witch-related that I wanted to share.

As a teenager, I loved the movie “Practical Magic” with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman. (I also loved both the themes of magic and love which are closely related 😉 )

I’m also looking forward to watching “Into The Woods” with Meryl Streep.

And I have also thought of watching the newly released “Cinderella” movie… =)

Other tips for magical hours are the books “Brida” and “The Witch of Portobello” by Paulo Coelho.

Last but not least,  everybody’s favorite wizard, Harry Potter, has to be mentioned. Perhaps spend your magical hours in company with some of the flavourful “Bertie Botts beans”?

Have a magical week!

  1. Wonderful recommendations. Normally I abhor stories about vampires, but A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness was a reasonably good read with thoughtful use of magic and sensitive character relationships.

    • I’m happy you found the recommendations to your liking, Laraine😀. “A Discovery of Witches” is noted for next time I crave some external inspiration. Thank you!
