Opskrift: Hindbær mylkshake (vegansk) / Recipe: Raspberry mylkshake (vegan).

Årh men min energi er vældigt lav – eller i al fald mere indadrettet – i øjeblikket. Så i dag bliver det en opskrift jeg har på lager. Men rigtig god! Og simpel. (Og har ikke stavet forkert – dette er en mylkshake, en milkshake uden mælk).

Du skal bruge (til et stort glas):

1 stor håndfuld hindbær
2-3 isskefulde vegansk vanilleis
Agavesirup

Sådan gør du:
Blend alle ingredienserne og sérver.
Sæt dig et sted du kan lide, en stille stund. ❤️ Tilsæt solskin.

Oh but my energy is very low at the moment – or perhaps more inwardly directed. So today it’ll be a little recipe I have in store. Really simple and good! (And I didn’t misspell – mylkshake is just a non-dairy milkshake.)

You’ll need (for one large serving):
1 handful of raspberries
2-3 scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream 
agave syrup

Here’s what you do: simply blend all the ingredients and serve. Add a little sunshine and sit down to have a quiet moment someplace you like. 🙂
